Integration is the process by which we make meaning and incorporate insights from our experiences into everyday life.
Because of the very personal nature of entheogenic experiences, integration needs are different for every person. If this is your first time with entheogens, you might want to give more attention to preparing and developing skills and practices that can help you get the most out of your journey. If you are a seasoned explorer, you might not need help preparing, but might be ready to make substantial changes in your life and could use a supportive and skilled coach to help you bring greater coherence to your life.
Each session will be tailored to your needs, and we will use a variety of tools, including movement, art-making, nature activities, journaling, and dreamwork that engage the wisdom of your whole being in the integration process.
