Service Description

Unlike more common integration sessions, each session, we will dive deep into a particular topic relevant to the integration process. In each session, participants will engage in individual self-reflection, small group discussion, large group discussion, and will participate in a guided meditation or embodied activity. Come join us in this integral approach to integration!
