According to the American Psychological Association, 90% of people find the holidays stressful. In this highly interactive workshop, you will learn new skills to develop greater resilience amidst the storm, stay calm, and be gentle with yourself so you can actually enjoy the holidays.


After this workshop, you will be prepared to face the holidays with a toolkit that includes:

  • How to shift your mindset from overwhelm to centered

  • Ways to take care of your mental health while traveling, hosting, or just visiting

  • Strategies to set proper boundaries and manage your time and your energy

  • Setting expectations and avoiding disappointments
