These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Isabel Santis concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY

Payment and Refunds

  • Payment is collected at the time of purchase.  Please make sure you are able to attend the workshops on the dates stated.  If you are unable to attend at those times, recordings of all sessions will be provided. 

  • Because access to materials and content is provided at the time of purchase, no refunds are offered. 

  • All efforts are made to provide quality content and useful resources.  If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the content, please email me so we can discuss your concerns.

Intellectual Property

  • Isabel Santis is the exclusive owner or licensee of all intellectual property, including all video, audio, and written content, and website content (collectively the "Content"), as well as all logos, trademarks, and service marks (the "Marks") contained therein.

  • The Content and Marks are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property and unfair competition laws in the State of California, the United States, and around the world.

  • The Content and Marks are provided through the services "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Scope

  • This workshop series provides access to live calls, pre-recorded content, supplemental resources, and additional external resources.

  • A community space on WhatsApp will be created for those who choose to participate.

License

  • By purchasing this workshop series, you are obtaining a license to use the content for your own personal use.

  • The license to use your program and any of the resources provided is non-transferable (i.e. you can’t share your course login with your friend who didn’t pay!

  • You will have access to the course material for one year after purchase.  

  • If you are a facilitator, coach, integration professional, etc., and would like to use my copyrighted material with your clients, please contact me so we can discuss terms for a "Commercial Use" license.

Jurisdiction

These legal terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of California.  Isabel Santis and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute that may arise in connection with these legal terms.
