My journey started as a quest for personal growth and transformation. I have been privileged to learn from many wonderful teachers that generously shared their work, their wisdom, and their experiences.  I am particularly thankful to the indigenous people of the world who have preserved and passed down this knowledge, often at great cost to them and their communities.
