The Heroine's Journey
An Embodied Integration Workshop Series
for Female & Female-Identifying Consciousness Explorers (10 interactive hours)
Inspired by Maureen Murdock’s The Heroine’s Journey and Carol Christ's Rebirth of the Goddess, this 4-session workshop will guide you through the process of connecting to your own true self through experiential exercises, discussion, small group work, self-reflection, art-making, and nature connection. Specifically designed for consciousness explorers, this work is ideal for those who would like to integrate the lessons from expanded states of consciousness and make nourishing and sustainable changes in their lives. This workshop is open to anyone who is female or female-identifying and might be particularly useful for non-binary folks seeking to develop healthier relationships with their Sacred Feminine and Masculine energies.

I help people prepare for and integrate non-ordinary states using a variety of tools, including movement, art, nature activities, journaling, and dreamwork techniques. My journey started in 1992 with a transformative dream that challenged everything I knew and changed my life. Since then, I have been learning about and engaging in practices from varoius traditions to learn how to navigate, make meaning from, and implement changes inspired by expanded states of consciousness. My passions have led me to seek academic and experiential training in Ecopsychology, Depth Psychology, Shamanic practices, Traditional Knowledge, Dreamwork, and Art Therapy fracilitation.
